Check the water heater for proper venting and temperature (should be at 125oF). Drain sediment off the bottom of the tank and clean the burner. (Check owner’s manual or consult a pro.)
Make sure the water softener is at the proper setting for the amount of water you’re using. Check salt usage.
Inspect the condition of caulk around tubs, showers and sinks and recaulk as needed.
